The Palms Zanzibar features seven luxurious villas, each over 140 m², combining colonial elegance with Swahili style. Each villa includes:

A master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom (including freestanding bathtub), plus a second bedroom with twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom.
Spacious living room, TV, dressing room, plus extra rooms.
Large, furnished terrace with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean.
Private outdoor plunge pool off the veranda, sun loungers, rich decorative touches (silk drapery, dark polished floors, colonial / traditional design elements).
Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bar, tea/coffee facilities, safe deposit box.

The Palms’ dining is centred on The Plantation House restaurant, which features an elegant colonial style with a relaxed yet refined ambience. Guests can enjoy sundowners at the bar, fine meals in a tasteful setting, and attentive service throughout.

Each villa has its own plunge pool and terrace; there are private bandas on the beach; lush tropical gardens; spa services are available (often via the neighbouring Breezes Beach Club / Sanctuary Spa); there is a marine activities centre, water sports via The Water Club; fitness, perhaps tennis nearby; luxury touches like minibar, satellite TV, air conditioning etc.
