Need to know:
- Weight limit: 120kg (harness fit is the key factor; contact us if unsure)
- Children & tandems: Must be pre-arranged with the office in advance
- Pregnancy: Not permitted to participate for safety reasons
- Clothing: Warm layers recommended—Cape weather can be unpredictable
- Footwear: Comfortable walking shoes required
- Alcohol: Not allowed on or before the tour for safety reasons
- Fitness: A reasonable level is required; expect a 1km hike out of the mountain after the tour
