Spier’s Visit:

Discover a tranquil retreat in the heart of South Africa’s Stellenbosch Winelands. Spier Hotel offers 80 elegantly styled rooms and suites, as well as private-use villas, arranged in a “village” layout amidst wild, fynbos-rich gardens and riverside landscapes. Interiors blend Cape farmhouse charm with contemporary art, generous natural light, and thoughtful amenities—designed for relaxation, connection and immersion in farm life.

80 luxury rooms and suites in a village-style layout
Luxury Rooms: approx. 40 m², maximum occupancy 2 adults, available as king or twin, upper or ground floor (some with verandahs or balconies)
Luxury Garden Rooms / Garden Twin Rooms: ground-floor, private terrace/ garden outlook, direct access to outdoors
Luxury Suites: approx. 80 m², sleeps 2 + 1 (day-bed option), with private dressing room, living/dining area, kitchenette, and riverside setting
Luxury Garden Suites: ground-floor suites opening onto private terraces and gardens adjacent to the Eerste River
Signature Suites: several uniquely themed “History”, “Cape Chestnut”, “Water Lily” and “Yellowwood” suites, each with its own character and décor by the farm-owners
